- Be responsible for all activities under your account
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts at our discretion.
4. User Obligations
You shall:
- Comply with all applicable laws
- Maintain accurate business and financial records

You shall not:

- Interfere with system integrity or security
- Reverse engineer or replicate the platform
5. Fees and Payment
- Subscription fees are billed in advance

RASYS:

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

9. Limitation of Liability

RASYS shall not be liable for:

Maximum liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the preceding billing period.
10. Indemnification

11. Termination
We may suspend or terminate access:
- For breach of Terms
- For non-payment
- For suspected unlawful activity
Upon termination:
- Access ceases immediately
